My last two butts have been done in my Instant Pot in about an hour. Not as good as egged, but not bad. Add some smoked paprika to the rub (or some liquid smoke). =)1 · -

Why would you need a gasket? My egg didn't come with one (and I threw the spring clip in the trash). I turn the thermo so the target temp is at 12 o'clock. Easy to monitor from anywhere.3 ·
